Fundamental Delay

The Walrus Audio Fundamental Delay is a compact digital delay pedal featuring three delay modes and a simplified control layout. Time, Feedback, and Mix controls adjust delay length, number of repeats, and wet/dry balance, with a maximum delay time of one second. The pedal offers three delay algorithms. Digital provides clean, transparent repeats, Analog recreates the darker and slightly degraded character of bucket-brigade delays, and Reverse generates reversed echoes and ambient textures. A built-in tap tempo mode allows precise synchronization, with selectable quarter-note, dotted-eighth, and eighth-note subdivisions. The pedal also includes selectable trails mode, allowing delay repeats to continue naturally after bypassing the effect. Designed for straightforward operation, the Fundamental Delay covers the most common delay sounds in a compact format.
