The EarthQuaker Devices Time Shadows is a collaboration between EarthQuaker Devices and Death By Audio, combining the design philosophies of both builders in a unique dual-mode delay pedal. It features two distinct delay algorithms that can be used separately, each offering its own character—from conventional echoes to experimental, pitch-shifting, and glitch-inspired textures. Designed for ambient, noise, and adventurous soundscapes, Time Shadows delivers everything from subtle atmospheric repeats to unpredictable sonic manipulation. Its straightforward control set makes it easy to explore a wide range of sounds while retaining the creative, boundary-pushing spirit of both companies.
