The Thermion Breakthru is a dual-channel British-style overdrive designed to deliver punchy, mid-focused tones with rich dynamics. Inspired by classic “Blizzard of Nails” gain character, it brings expressive crunch suitable for indie, blues, and hard rock. It features two switchable overdrive channels for versatile performance. The Normal channel includes a dedicated Gain control for straightforward, dynamic drive. The Bright channel adds Gain, Bass, and Treble controls, offering greater tonal flexibility and extra presence when needed. A shared Master section provides global Volume control along with a Tone Cut treble damping control to smooth the top end and refine overall character. Compact yet powerful, Breakthru delivers responsive British-style overdrive with strong midrange focus and stage-ready flexibility.
