Built with hand-wired construction, 1/4-watt metal film resistors, and true mechanical bypass, the Hangman-2D reduces noise while enhancing clarity and harmonic detail. The unique “color mix” EQ section—featuring Low and High controls—offers deep tone shaping, rewarding players who take time to dial in the sweet spot. A Vintage/Modern toggle (the “D” for Deluxe) reconfigures the clipping section, allowing a switch between stock aggression and a more open, higher-output distortion.
