The Koldwave is a modern evolution of the iconic Boss CE-2, keeping everything players love about that lush 80s chorus while expanding its range and flexibility. It delivers classic, warm analog swirl but with increased depth and faster speed settings, even reaching rotary-style textures at maximum rate. A dedicated Vibrato mode unlocks warped vinyl, seasick modulation, and detuned “rubber band” sounds, with the Warp control acting as a secret weapon for extreme lo-fi tones. The preamp EQ has been carefully reworked to remove the original CE-2’s muddiness, adding clarity and a more open, 3D character. Fully analog with BBD circuitry, true bypass switching, and built in Canada, Koldwave brings the CE-2 into a new era.
