Fauno Deluxe

The AC Pedals Fauno Deluxe is an overdrive inspired by the legendary Klon Centaur, expanding on the original Fauno with additional tone-shaping and clipping options for greater versatility. It retains the classic Volume and Gain controls while introducing a redesigned tone section with separate Treble and Bass knobs, allowing precise adjustment of high and low frequencies to better match different guitars and rigs. A Si/Ge switch selects between silicon clipping for a brighter, more aggressive tone, or germanium clipping for the warm, smooth saturation associated with the original Centaur sound. The COMP switch controls the amount of signal sent to the clipping stage, offering three levels of compression and saturation ranging from open and dynamic to highly compressed. An internal switch allows selection between True Bypass and Buffered Bypass, similar to the original Centaur design. The Fauno Deluxe runs on 9V DC with a current draw of 25 mA.
