DI400P Passive DI Box

The Behringer ULTRA-DI DI400P is a passive direct box designed to connect guitars, basses, keyboards and other sources to a mixer while providing impedance matching and balanced signal transmission. Parallel 1/4-inch Input and Output jacks allow the source signal to be sent simultaneously to an onstage amplifier, while the balanced XLR output feeds a mixer or audio system. The DI400P can also accept amplifier speaker-level signals rated up to 3,000 watts. Its Behringer OT-2 transformer provides signal isolation, impedance matching and a flat frequency response while helping reject AC and RF interference. A Ground Lift switch helps eliminate hum caused by ground loops. As a passive unit, it requires no external power and is housed in a compact metal enclosure.
