Rotary Phaser

The PastFx Rotary Phaser is an analog multi-stage photo-coupler phaser based on the Maxon PH-350 Rotary Phaser, with additional features in a compact 1590B enclosure. Four selectable phasing modes provide 4, 6, 8 or 10 stages, while Speed controls modulation rate, Depth adjusts intensity and Bias sets the frequency sweep. Feedback provides both positive and negative feedback around a minimum at noon and can reach self-oscillation at extreme settings. A Waveform switch selects triangle or square-wave modulation. An internal switch configures the outputs for summed mono operation or stereo wet/dry separation, with Output A carrying the dry signal and Output B the wet signal in stereo mode. It features true bypass, an LFO rate LED and an internal oscillation-reduction trimpot. The pedal requires 9V DC center-negative power and draws approximately 45 mA.
