The Mosky SOL918 is a five-section multi-effects pedal combining distortion, overdrive, an external effects loop, delay, and reverb in a single unit. The distortion section is based on the Suhr Riot, providing high-gain amp-style distortion, while the overdrive is based on the Analogman King of Tone with Drive, Volume, and Tone controls. The delay draws from the Mad Professor Deep Blue Delay, combining digital/analog delay processing with an analog dry path and controls for Delay, Repeat, and Level. The reverb is based on the Malekko Omicron Spring Reverb, with Dwell and Mix controls for spring-style ambience. An independently switchable send/return effects loop sits between the overdrive and delay sections, allowing external pedals to be inserted into the internal signal chain. Each main effect section has its own footswitch, and the unit provides true bypass when all effects are disengaged.
