Tone Hammer Preamp V2

The Aguilar Tone Hammer Preamp is a versatile bass preamp and DI for stage, studio, and practice. Its three-band EQ combines Bass and Treble controls with a fully sweepable Midrange for precise tone shaping, from deep lows and punchy mids to clear, defined highs. The enhanced Drive circuit features a dedicated control and footswitch, adding anything from subtle tube-like warmth to aggressive saturation and grit. A studio-quality balanced DI includes Pre/Post switching and Ground Lift, while the unbalanced output can drive a power amp. Operating at 18V for ample headroom, it also features Aux In and Headphone Out for convenient silent practice at home or on the road.
