The Pelt V2

The Fender Pelt V2 is a silicon-transistor fuzz with a buffer-friendly input, designed to cover sounds from biting octave fuzz to smooth, harmonically dense saturation. Alongside Fuzz, Tone and Level, Sag and Bloom shape how the fuzz responds and breaks up, while Mids and Thick switches adjust midrange and low-frequency presence. A Blend control mixes the fuzz with the clean signal or with drive from pedals placed before it, making it suitable for bass as well as guitar. The second footswitch activates a traditional octave-up effect, while Chaos changes it to an asymmetrical octave response for glitchy, sputtering textures. The Pelt V2 also offers selectable true or buffered bypass and latching or momentary footswitch operation.
