Secret-1 LTD
Report incorrect information
The Secret-EFX Secret-1 LTD is a clean boost and overdrive designed to preserve the character and dynamics of the guitar and amplifier. With Gain at minimum it provides a clean signal, while increasing it progressively adds smooth overdrive and sustain without introducing excessive high frequencies. Tone provides additional frequency shaping. Unlike the standard Secret-1, the LTD accepts 9–24V DC center-negative power, with 18V recommended; higher voltages provide increased headroom and dynamics. It can also operate from a 9V battery. The pedal has a true-bypass on/off switch. It preserves the input signal even when switched off. Its circuit is housed in a repurposed German military radio-equipment case.
