The Black Keys Peach Fuzz
Report incorrect information
The Warm Audio The Black Keys Peach Fuzz is a fuzz and octave-up pedal developed in collaboration with Dan Auerbach and based on Warm Audio’s 1970s Foxy-style fuzz circuit. It uses NOS Fairchild 2N3565 transistors, germanium 1N34A diodes, carbon resistors and film capacitors to produce vintage-style fuzz ranging from lower-gain grit to heavily saturated tones. Volume controls output level, Sustain adjusts the amount of fuzz, and the Mellow-to-Brite control shapes the tonal response. The octave-up effect can be engaged in latching mode or activated momentarily, allowing it to be introduced only while the switch is held. The pedal features a Peach-colored flocked velvet enclosure created for The Black Keys’ 2026 release Peaches!.
