X-Tube

The Ivy Pedals X-Tube is a compact analog overdrive and distortion pedal based on a classic faux-tube circuit designed to emulate tube-style saturation. It incorporates 1N34A germanium diodes for soft clipping, a redesigned tone-control circuit and low-noise operation. Gain adjusts input amplification and distortion intensity, Tone provides bass boost or cut, and Volume controls the output level. The pedal features true-bypass switching and an orange status LED. It operates from a standard 9–12V DC center-negative power supply and is designed and hand-built by Ivy Pedals in Oregon, USA. Suggested effect categories: Overdrive (primary), Distortion (secondary).
