Zentara Silver

The Behringer Zentara Overdrive Silver is an analog overdrive and clean boost pedal inspired by the Klon Centaur circuit, featuring soft-clipping germanium diodes and a wide dynamic range. Its dual-potentiometer Gain control progressively blends clean and overdriven signals, allowing tones ranging from transparent clean boost to saturated overdrive. The revised gain-control design replaces the original concentric arrangement for improved precision and reliability. The circuit provides high headroom and responds dynamically to picking intensity, producing cleaner tones with lighter playing and increased saturation with stronger attacks. It can function as a standalone overdrive or boost an amplifier into further distortion.
