Pherb

The JHS Pedals PHERB is a combined reverb and phaser pedal featuring a dark, lo-fi reverb followed by a vintage-style four-stage phase shifter. Both effects operate together, with the phaser offering a 0.05–5 Hz sweep range and the reverb providing decay times from 241 ms to approximately 50 seconds. Three controls shape the sound: Mix adjusts the effect level, Speed sets the phaser rate, and Length simultaneously adjusts reverb decay and pre-delay. In normal mode, turning Speed fully counterclockwise disables the phaser. A BREAK toggle activates asymmetric bitcrushing with analog-style clipping before the reverb and phaser, producing distorted, fuzz-like textures. The pedal features mono input and output and requires 9V DC center-negative power at 70 mA.
