The Barber Electronics B.U.S.S. Five Watt World Edition is a dual-voiced analog overdrive pedal combining circuits derived from the Barber Burn Unit and Direct Drive Super Sport. Developed in collaboration with Keith Williams of Five Watt World, it offers two selectable overdrive voices inspired by classic British amplifier tones and the Dumble Overdrive Special. The Super Sport mode delivers British-style and high-powered tweed overdrive characteristics, while the Burn Unit mode provides a thicker, more pronounced response with increased output. A two-position toggle selects between the circuits, while a separate three-position Harmonics and Dynamics switch adjusts the pedal's response to different guitar pickups and amplifiers. Both voices are housed in a compact white enclosure.
