Gain Changer

The Barber Gain Changer is an analog overdrive pedal combining elements of the Barber LTD and unLimiTeD circuits. It provides a range of tones from low-gain, transparent overdrive to more saturated drive sounds. A three-position EQ toggle offers Flat, Vintage Fat and Flat + Fat voicings, allowing adjustment of the pedal's frequency response. A separate Hi/Lo Gain switch extends the available gain range, making the pedal suitable for both subtle breakup and stronger overdrive. Designed as a successor to the discontinued Barber LTD, the Gain Changer offers expanded tonal flexibility in a compact enclosure. It operates on 9–18V power and is handcrafted in Pennsylvania, USA.
