The Empress Vintage Modified Superdelay builds upon the original Superdelay, enhancing the tape modes to deliver authentic vintage delay tones. It offers eight modes, including normal, tap, autoset, reverse, rhythm mode, tape mode, misc, and an 11-second looper. The pedal features increased modulation in the tape modes, with the 'Old' setting rolling off high frequencies by 15% and adding grit to emulate worn tape heads. Additional functionalities include expression pedal input, high-pass/low-pass filter, fast/slow modulation, eight presets, tap tempo with ratios, and true bypass. Its compact size makes it a versatile addition to any pedalboard.
