Mandala

The Bananana Effects Mandala is a specialized glitch and audio-sampling pedal designed to capture, manipulate, and repeatedly play back short segments of incoming audio. Rather than functioning as a traditional delay or looper, it focuses on real-time glitch effects, pitch manipulation, stuttering, and automatic phrase repetition. The pedal offers eight modes: Repeat, Random, Reverse, Trigger, Square Trigger, Square, Up, and Down. These modes allow repeated playback of sampled audio at different speeds, reverse playback, automatic looping triggered by pauses in playing, square-wave transformations, and chromatic pitch shifting. Depending on the selected mode, the pedal can create stutter effects, glitch textures, octave-like sounds, randomized loops, and ascending or descending pitch sequences.
