DC-30 Preamp

The TC Electronic DC30 Preamp is a dual-channel amp-in-a-box preamp based on a 1965 Top Boost AC30, using AMPWORX modeling to recreate classic British clean and overdriven tones. It features independent Normal and Brilliant channels, each with its own gain control, plus Bass, Treble, Cut, and Level controls for tone shaping. An integrated Boost circuit includes an adjustable rear-panel gain control and can be placed before the preamp for increased saturation or after it for a clean volume boost via the Pre/Post switch. In addition to a standard amplifier output, the pedal provides cab-simulated DI and headphone outputs for direct recording or silent practice, along with USB support for firmware updates.
