The Cartographer

The Cartographer is an overdrive and boost pedal designed for detailed tone shaping and flexible gain control. Its gain range covers everything from transparent clean boost to more aggressive, dynamic overdrive tones. A key feature of the pedal is its parametric EQ section, which allows users to select specific frequencies and either boost or cut them by up to 15dB. The Freq control chooses the target frequency, while the Cut/Boost control adjusts the amount of attenuation or enhancement. This allows more precise shaping than a traditional fixed EQ, making it possible to emphasize or remove specific midrange characteristics. Combined with standard Gain and Output controls, the Cartographer offers a wide range of tonal adjustment for different guitars, amplifiers, and playing styles.
