Galea

The Galea is a discontinued medium-gain overdrive pedal inspired by the late-1950s Fender Tweed Deluxe 5E3 amplifier and the Fender Custom Shop Tone-Master. Designed to capture the warm, dynamic response of vintage tweed-style amps, it delivers touch-sensitive overdrive with smooth breakup and amp-like compression. The pedal includes active Bass, Middle, and Treble controls for detailed tone shaping, along with two internal trimmers for deeper adjustment. The SAT trimmer fine-tunes tube-like saturation characteristics, while the DRV trimmer adjusts the overall gain range and drive response. Capable of everything from edge-of-breakup cleans to rich vintage overdrive, the Galea focuses on dynamic feel, responsiveness, and flexible tone control inspired by classic American tube amplifiers.
