Shanks II

The SHANKS II is a silicon-based fuzz and boost pedal developed in collaboration with producer and guitarist John Shanks. Inspired by classic fuzz circuits such as the Fuzz Face, Tone Bender, and Burns Buzzaround, it combines vintage-style fuzz character with increased tonal flexibility and headroom. Built with two silicon transistors, a FET stage, and Orange Drop capacitors, the pedal can deliver everything from clear, lightly driven tones to thick, saturated fuzz textures. It responds dynamically to the guitar’s volume control, allowing players to move between cleaner sounds and heavier distortion without changing settings. Designed to work well with a wide variety of guitars and pickups, the SHANKS II offers a broad range of fuzz and boost tones suitable for classic rock, blues, and more aggressive lead sounds.
