Tidal Wave

The Joyo R-30 Tidal Wave is a bass preamp and DI pedal designed to provide tone shaping, amp-style sound enhancement, and direct connectivity for live and recording applications. It features controls for Volume, Gain, Blend, Bass, Middle, Treble, and Voice, allowing players to adjust both clean and driven bass tones. A built-in 3-band EQ and voice circuit provide additional tonal flexibility, while the blend control allows the dry signal to be mixed with the processed sound. The pedal includes a balanced XLR DI output for direct connection to mixers and audio interfaces, as well as a ground lift switch to help reduce unwanted noise. Suitable for use as an always-on preamp, tone shaper, or direct recording solution, it can be connected directly to a PA system, audio interface, or power amplifier without requiring a traditional bass amplifier.
