Equally at home with a clean amp or pushing an already driven one, it performs consistently at stage, rehearsal, or bedroom levels. It stacks beautifully—great for boosting other drives and just as impressive when boosted itself, delivering rich, responsive gain. The mkIII offers improved control and slightly more transparency at low gain, with added bite and higher gain on tap when needed. An Emphasis control shapes character and adds subtle gain without harsh brightness. Internal bass and treble switches help fine-tune response for different amps and speakers, making it a versatile, expressive low-to-mid gain overdrive.
