Black Hearted Woman Overdrive

This limited-edition overdrive is inspired by classic Brownface and Blackface amplifiers and their 6L6 tube-driven character. It is designed to provide warm harmonic richness, high headroom and an amp-like dynamic response, ranging from subtle lead boost and vintage-style crunch to more saturated overdrive. A three-position tone-stack voicing control provides different tonal options, while the Voice control adjusts presence and high-end bite. Vintage op-amp circuitry contributes to its warm character, and the pedal is designed to stack with other overdrives. It offers more saturation than the manufacturer’s Peacock pedal, with an emphasis on sustain, clarity and dynamic range. Only 20 units will be built.
