Phaser

The KJams Phaser is a two-program phaser based on a traditional four-all-pass-filter design and the Spin FV-1 DSP chip. Feedback mode provides conventional phasing with independent Depth, Feedback and Speed controls, with the Tap footswitch allowing the modulation speed to ramp between its slowest rate and the Speed setting. Moco mode replaces the internal LFO with a manually adjustable control for cocked-wah-style and band-pass-filter effects, while retaining Depth and Feedback adjustment. The EXP input controls Feedback in Feedback mode and the phaser’s peak frequency in Moco mode. An external Tap input duplicates the onboard Tap switch, while Volume provides up to approximately +6 dB of output. The pedal features true bypass and operates from 9V DC at approximately 62 mA. It is designed and assembled in Holland, Michigan, USA, with a black walnut faceplate.
