Whitey Tighty

The JHS Whitey Tighty is a compact FET compressor designed to provide transparent, studio-style compression with a simple three-knob interface. Compression adjusts the amount of compression from subtle dynamic smoothing to more pronounced squash, while Blend mixes the compressed and dry signals to preserve the natural attack and feel of your playing. The Volume control allows unity gain or a slight output boost to compensate for level changes. Its parallel compression design makes it suitable for everything from light tone enhancement to more noticeable compression for country, blues, pop, and rock, all in a compact, pedalboard-friendly enclosure.
