Fauno Overdrive

The AC Pedals Fauno Overdrive is inspired by the iconic Klon Centaur, delivering transparent drive and boost with a pronounced midrange character. It can operate as a clean boost, a light transparent overdrive, or a richer saturated drive depending on the gain settings and clipping mode. A three-way clipping switch offers different tonal flavors: classic silicon diodes for a traditional overdrive response, germanium-style clipping for a warmer and smoother character, or no clipping for a more open, boost-like sound. The Tone control helps adapt the pedal to different guitars and amplifiers, whether using single-coils or humbuckers. The Fauno works equally well pushing a tube amp already on the edge of breakup or adding drive and presence to a clean channel.
